Adoption became precious to us when we first understood that God had adopted us into His family through Christ. This truth has shaped the way we view our home, our children, and our calling.

We are overjoyed to share that the Lord has answered our prayers—we have been placed with a son! Thomas “Tomie” Anderson Schroeder was born on the morning of Friday, September 26, 2025. We got the call shortly after and jumped at the opportunity.

For the next couple of days, Tomie will be monitored in the NICU. We are taking turns getting to be with him. The girls are so excited to get to meet him! Overall, we are just so thrilled to welcome him into our family with love, joy, and thanksgiving to God.

We continue to rely on the Lord’s provision as adoption comes with significant financial costs. Thanks to a generous matching gift, every dollar you give will be doubled up to $10,000. Your support will go twice as far in helping bring our son fully home.
