Adoption has always been something on our hearts. In the Bible, God calls us to take care of the orphans and widows. We both have a lot of compassion for children in need and so much love to give. Before we were even married, we agreed that we would at some point, grow our family through adoption. We are so excited to meet the child or children God has for us!
We are currently going through the process of domestic adoption and haven’t yet been placed. God opened up our hearts and minds to helping a child who may need some extra medical or mental help, but mostly a child who just needs a loving, God-centered home and family to call their own.
As you may know, there is quite a financial burden that comes with adopting. We would be honored if you felt led to be a part of our adoption journey through a financial gift.
Prayers are also needed and much appreciated. Prayers that the process will go smoothly and that we are following Gods lead the entire way, but mostly for the birth mother who will be making such a selfless decision to put her child’s needs before her own. Pray that she finds peace and comfort.
