Dear friends and family,
Many of you know that nearly six years ago, God allowed us to grow our family through adoption with the addition of our youngest daughter, Hope. Since that day, it has been a huge blessing to see all five of our little ones grow both physically and spiritually. Our heart and prayer is that all our children, biological or adopted, will come to saving faith and be adopted into God’s family. That is God’s work to accomplish. We get the joy of being laborers for His harvest and sharing life and fun adventures with some pretty awesome kids.
God has placed adoption on our hearts again and we are excited to share this journey with all of you! We discovered Small World Adoptions and after a year of intense paperwork and preparation, we are finally approved for adoption and waiting to be matched with a child or sibling group from Liberia. We are so excited to grow the love in our family and share in our Heavenly Father’s love for the fatherless (James 1:27).
Our most urgent needs are your prayers and we covet those most of all. Please pray for our future child/children’s health and safety. Also pray for God to help us as we are stretched out of our comfort zone with all the challenges of an international adoption. The expenses associated with this adoption are many and we have faith that God will provide. We are so grateful to ABBA fund for partnering with us in this journey and greatly appreciate any financial support that God leads you to give.
In Isaiah 6:8 God asked, “Whom shall I send?” Isaiah was only empowered to fulfill this mission in God’s strength. It is through our great God and for His glory that we embark on this new adventure. Thank you for being part of His redemption story and God bless!
