We are Brandon and Ana Trent. We met at a church in Dallas, TX and have been married for 6 years. While dating, we talked about adoption due to fertility issues. After a few years of marriage God blessed us with our biological son, Desmond (2).
Ana works part time at the church and Brandon works in technology. Our family is actively involved in our local church and Brandon preaches part-time in other churches around Texas.
In the last few months, the Lord has been pointing us more and more toward the path of adoption. Genesis 1 and Romans 8 have been a huge encouragement to do so.
Genesis 1:28: God has commanded us to grow our family, producing people who are representations of His love, grace, and righteousness. Adoption is the means by which our family can fulfill the call to fill the earth with God-loving people.
Romans 8:15: The salvation God offers in Jesus Christ is one of adoption. Our Heavenly Father has chosen to grow the family by gathering strangers from all nations, inviting them into His eternal home, and clothing them with righteousness.
We look forward to the day we get to meet the beautiful baby God has for us!
