We each felt the strong and deep call to adopt before we ever got married. Getting married, starting a family, living our wild and tumultuous and beautiful life so far has been the greatest adventure and we were so excited when we felt that this is the year God said yes to stepping into this adoption journey. We are absolutely thrilled, prayerfully expectant, and overwhelmingly hopeful to continue on this path and see who this precious baby is.
God has led us, so strongly, to have the desire to also support and love the expectant mama of this baby. We firmly believe we are called to love, to serve, to give hope, to walk humbly, to love big and well every single human we encounter. We hope and pray we can love and support, honor and respect this baby’s expectant mother like Jesus would. We have felt God knitting together this story, a beautiful merging of two families, two paths — blooming into a picture so full of His love that it seeps into hearts, stories, and lives. We trust Him in guiding us to the exact precious baby He knows and calls by name, and we are unbelievably excited every day as we get closer. Pippa and Zion are absolutely thrilled to be big siblings to this little one, go on adventures and welcome a precious baby into our family as God guides us.
